1. Agreement
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only; a written agreement governs any later coaching engagement.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This site shares practices, reflections, and general information about presence, movement, food, meditation, and conscious technology use. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice for your individual circumstances, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Nothing on this site creates a coach–client, health-care-provider–patient, or other professional relationship. A coaching relationship begins only if both parties choose to enter a written agreement.
3. Conversations and coaching
Booking or requesting a conversation is an invitation to talk. It does not create an engagement, fee obligation, or commitment by either side to proceed. Either party may decline to move forward.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, imagery, characters, wordmark, and other materials on this site are owned by hue-man bee-ing or used with permission. You may view, share links to, and quote briefly from the site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, reproduce them commercially, present them as your own, or scrape or harvest the site in bulk without prior written permission.
5. Third-party services and links
This site may link to services or destinations operated by others. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and hue-man bee-ing is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
